My brain hinged on something and was trying to put me down today.
This happened in the morning and I spoke aloud to my subconscious to listen to me.
I realized that as I tried to put more control on things, this negative part of my brain popped up.
So, I let my brain wander and did not stop it.
This helped me a lot.
At work, I sat focused after lunch to complete an assignment.
I loved the deep work I put myself through in the process.
Every other thing went fine and now I am planning to learn some SEO before going to bed.
